Enthusiastic and hard working, Chance Ragains is committed to building Aliance into a top twenty theatre company. Chance has been involved with the company from the very beginning in one way or another and has experience working with a national theater chain.

A graduate of Butler University, Chance fills a versatile role with the company by providing support in all facets of the company's operations and management. Chance also plays a key role in the growth and maintenance of the company's infrastructure that will help Aliance remain a fast growing and successful chain.

"In addition to growing the company, another goal of mine is to make Great Escape Theatres a model for other area businesses," said Ragains. "I am proud of the fact that each employee of Great Escape takes great pride in his or her job. We consider ourselves a family company, a company that isn’t solely concerned with profits, we want to be a good influence in the community and stay involved with charitable organizations. I have always been told that with success comes responsibility and since we have been fortunate enough to be successful we will try to give back."
