Jamie Bowles brings 17 years of Theater and Technical experience to the Aliance family. He started out in 1991 while in high school as a theater floor staff employee for United Artists Theatres. He worked his way up to attain his first General Manager position at age 20. In 1998 he moved on to opening a theater for Marquee Cinemas as the Theater Manager. After becoming highly involved in the maintenance of the building including the projection and P.O.S system, he went to work For Splyce which is an entertainment industry P.O.S. Systems Company in late 2000. While working for Splyce as a lead technician he was involved in numerous installations at theater openings and conducted support for over a hundred theater locations. During this time he developed his knowledge of the business further in seeing different companies operations and how they create their own organizational goals. He then joined the Aliance family in early 2005 as Director of IT. Since then he continues to help move the company forward technically while creating a cost efficient environment. He also assists in the construction, HVAC, and electrical maintenance of all the locations. All of these things have made him a valuable asset to the company and its future growth.
